Small Changes, Better Days

A coaching program from

Our lives are made & remade in the smallest of moments.

At Good Things, we’ve always had an appreciation for the small things that make a big difference. When we try to make a change, we often feel like it has to happen in grand, sweeping gestures. Perfect resolutions. Total overhauls. Complete metamorphosis. But approaching change like this can feel daunting, overwhelming, and downright discouraging. We can feel defeated before we even begin. We believe a slower, gentler, and more sustainable path to change is possible: small changes for big impact. In our new coaching program, we’re helping you reconnect to your values, your authenticity, and a better daily experience — one small change at a time.
