Here’s what some of my consulting services look like in action:
Brand Strategy
The owner of a goods company wanted to refresh her website to reflect new brand messaging and product offerings. I reviewed the website and provided copyedits, lead conversion suggestions, and candid feedback on overall brand clarity.
Project Management
A small business owner wanted to bring more consistency to her social media presence. I consulted to help her identify her ideal platforms and schedule, then partnered to create a content calendar structure and generate some starter posts. By the end, we had a clear plan in place that she could run with.
Data Organization
The author of an email newsletter wanted to start her next big creative project. I catalogued and archived her newsletters in a searchable database and pulled out key themes and core topics. The key themes gave her a jumping-off point for a book outline.
Research Support
A workshop facilitator was preparing to deliver a keynote presentation on a new topic. I partnered to collaborate on an outline, then conduct background research based on our discovery session. After an additional brainstorm session, the facilitator was able to turn our research into a brand-new keynote delivery package.
Knowledge Management
A leader was getting ready to hire her first full-time team member. I created a centralized, easy-to-use file structure and detailed process guides that allowed the new hire to onboard with access to the files, forms, and historical knowledge necessary to succeed.
Systems Thinking
A solo entrepreneur loved her work, but didn’t love the way she was working. We partnered to review her current systems and determine which areas of her business were causing the most pain. Then, we identified a few key solutions that would have the greatest impact and worked together to implement the changes.
