Coaching for Young Professionals
You’re at the start of an amazing journey.
Young professionals face a lot of questions. They’re navigating the transition from student to employee, and at the same time, often facing personal transition, trying to get situated in a home, community, and way of being that suits them as adults. In between making all of those life-changing decisions, they also have to figure out what their core values are and try to make choices that deeply align, building the plane while they’re flying it. It’s no wonder early career can be stressful! I help individuals in their 20s and 30s navigate the waves of change that come their way. Whether I’m helping an individual work through a transition, cultivate confidence or communication skills, or align more deeply with their personal values and life goals, I enjoy creating a safe structure in which clients can slow down, explore, and learn new insights about themselves and the challenges they face. I take a warm, compassionate, gentle approach that is based in deep listening and powerful questions.

My Coaching Credentials: I completed the Applied Life Science to Skills Coach Training Program in December 2022. The ICF-aligned course required 48 hours of synchronous instruction, 24 hours of partnered practice, and 10 hours of individual and group coach mentoring. Now that my training is complete, I am working toward ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a member of the Applied Life Coaching network - you can learn more about Applied Life and my role there here.
