Coaching

My Approach

After a life changing experience as a coaching client, I became passionate about sharing the tools and frameworks that helped me find more purpose, meaning, and confidence in my early 20s. I primarily work with two groups: emerging leaders who want to sharpen skills & unlock potential and young or mid-career professionals still untangling their life goals. Focus topics include communication, emotional intelligence, personal values, perfectionism, high sensitivity, life changes & transition, and working with the inner critic.

5 Areas of Early Adulthood Coaching

  • Authenticity - connecting with your personal values, strengths and goals in an age of constant comparison

  • Maturity & Perspective - paying mindful attention to emotion regulation, self-compassion, and perspective-taking so that you can navigate the uncertainty of this decade with more ease

  • Social - building and maintaining relationships, including friendships, partnerships, family, work, and community connections

  • Stability - bringing awareness to the aspects of life that keep you feeling grounded, safe and secure even as you experiment and grow

  • Talent - identifying and nurturing your innate gifts and talents so that you can develop confidence, skill, and personal fulfillment through service and contribution

At its heart, coaching is about guiding clients through the process of change. A coach can help you clear away mental clutter, see the options in front of you, and take small, sustainable steps toward a goal.

My coaching credentials & partnerships:

I completed the ICF-certified Applied Life Science to Skills Coach Training Program in 2022. The course required 48 hours of synchronous instruction, 24 hours of partnered practice, and 10 hours of individual and group coach mentoring. Now that my training is complete, I am working toward ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a member of the Work Well Group coaching team, the Applied Life coaching network, and the WOHASU (World Happiness Summit) network of coach facilitators.
